RUTH TALAVERA

MA, LCMHC, NCC

TINA DUGGINS MA, LMFT

As a military spouse and former military brat, I understand the difficulty of managing and coping with the unknown. Life isn't always the deck of cards we want it to be. Sometimes, life happens, and experiences may be disruptive, disturbing, and challenging. Having an unbiased space to work toward personal growth and change is important in managing life's stressors. Since 2016, I have counseled those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, infertility, trauma, grief, and other stressors. I use Solution-focused strategies as part of the counseling process and am EMDR trained to identify those negative core beliefs that bring our past into our present.
