Hello, my name is Danielle Pegues. I obtained my undergraduate degree from Elizabeth City State University and a master's from Liberty University in Human Service Counseling. I am currently obtaining a second master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, which I hope to complete in May 2024. I currently serve as a Social Work Supervisor with the Department of Social Services. In all I have around 10+ years of experience working with the Department of Social Services and serving as a Behavioral Specialist through the prison system. My goal is to earn my degree so that I may provide mental health and family services to my community.

Student counselors cannot see clients independently or accept insurance.


Thrive charges clients a minimal administrative fee of $5-30 per hour to receive counseling from student counselors.
