First responders across the state of North Carolina are in need of quality and culturally competent EMDR counseling services. This webpage serves as a resource for the initial development of the NCLEAP EMDR Therapist Referral Project.This project offers a unique opportunity for EMDR clinicians who have experience working with the first responder community to establish themselves as a preferred provider for our state’s first responders. 

As we work to establish the initial referral list, the following criteria have been identified as prerequisites for applying:

• Completed Application
  
• Copy of Licensure
  
• Copy of Driver’s License
  
• Copy of EMDR Certification
• Copy of Malpractice Insurance

There is no fee for joining the NCLEAP EMDR Therapist Referral Project. Applying for the referral list does not guarantee a clinician will be added to the referral list. By applying, clinicians are agreeing to any additional necessary vetting as identified by NCLEAP & Thrive Counseling & Consulting, PLLC.
